 Estimation Process

It’s our goal to deliver a thorough and transparent estimation based on your desired outcome and available budget. During this process, we dive into the value engineering stage where we work together to decide what needs to be added, removed, or changed, in order to get the approvals to begin. Our company has invested considerable time in cultivating meaningful and valuable relationships within Boston area building departments in order to gain the trust and flexibility needed to gain approvals as efficiently as possible.

Construction Process

The JWC Builders construction team consists of three equally important roles: project management, site production lead, and assistant carpenters. These team members are trained in their various responsibilities, are focused on making every day run as smooth as possible, and most importantly, they never forget they are guests in your home. You can expect weekly on-site meetings to discuss progress and budget, and we will do our best to work with your personal schedule.

Billing Process

Our ideal billing process is bi-weekly and you will receive an invoice that allows you to track the project cost as we work towards the end goal.
